Baked Ravioli

Oh what a rough 4 days it has been in our household! It all started 4 days ago when my 2 year old daughter bit a hole into her last pacifier she had. And it happened at bedtime. Those who don’t have kids probably don’t understand the severity of this situation! She cried for 2 hours that night before she finally fell asleep. That was after a half hour straight of me singing twinkle twinkle little star. Its gotten a little bit better everyday. But of the last 3 days she has refused to take a nap for 2 of them. I’m just clinging onto the hope that it will get better and its for her best interest that we stop the use of a pacifier at this age. I hope it gets better because momma needs her nap too!
This supper only has a couple of ingredients and it goes together quickly. Even my picky 2 year old loved it!
ravioli Baked Ravioli:18 oz frozen ravioli (I used pesto cheese from Target)
1/2 med onion diced
1 lb hamburger
1 jar pasta sauce (my favorite is Newmans Own-Sockarooni)
2 c mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown hamburger and diced onion together until hamburger is no longer pink. Pour pasta sauce over meat. In a 2 qt casserole dish (you could also try a 9x9 baking dish) start the bottom layer with meat mixture next layer frozen ravioli in a single layer. Top with some cheese. Repeat layers ending with meat mixture on top with the final cheese. Cover your casserole dish and bake for about 30 - 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
